Lana Del Rey - Born To Die
23:58So this isn't the Paradise Edition, I want it but I'm not sure, I'll get it later. But I love this record anyway, it has 3 bonus tracks (Without You, Lolita and Lucky Ones). I was never one to like this hip-hop-ish beat but I think her voice just brings it all togehter, it reminds me a bit of honey. The first song I hear was "Video Games", I remember it was my dad who showed it to me and said I should really listen. At first I thought she was spanish. No idea why.
The best track of this album is, for me, "Million Dollar Man". I don't quite know why, I just know I really like it. The lyrics are alright ( " ... it isn't that hard boy / to like you or love you / I 'd follow you down, down, down / you're unbelievable ... " ) and the instrumental is amazing as well. I don' know, this is a feeling I get with lots of songs: I like them, but I have no idea why.
But listen to her, you won't regret it.
