Radiohead - Kid A
16:03So "Kid A". Actually, it was my cousins who gave it to me when I turned 16. At first, I was a bit fearing that I wouldn't like the record or the band, although I knew the "obvious songs". And I took a quick listen to it, and I only liked 2 or 3 songs. And I wasn't that excited about seeing them live, it was more because I went with some friends who really like them and the rest is, as they say, history. But recently, a friend of mine showed me some songs of their other records and I really liked them ( like "Jigsaw Falling Into Place", from In Rainbows ), and made me listen to "Kid A" again and again ( and many times more because this is a great record ).
My favourite track on this record has to be "Idioteque". It's also, for me, their best song. I love it so so so so so sooo much, I can't say why. Maybe because the instrumental, I mean, it's just perfect.
You rock Thom Yorke.
